Michael's `food fair' curry recipe

Serves 4-6. Multiply by 10 for food fair quantity!

Method

santan in saucepan and allow to reduce about 2/3, while this is happening lightly fry the onions, adding the meat until the meat is half cooked and onions browned, adding salt, pepper, soya sauce, sesame oil

meat in saucepan and add the ginger, bay leaves, mae ploy, garlic, curry powder, potatoes, 1/2 cup water. leave until meat looks more cooked and then add the eggs, 1/2 cup water.

10 mins later add lemon grass and coriander, and black peppers, salt to taste, maybe a bit of sesame oil leave to sit until it starts to look like curry. Then eat it.

To vary the power, add less or more Mae Ploy.
